We also maintain a representative office in London, United Kingdom. Through our group companies, we provide corporate services, specialised corporate and trust law advice, structuring and family office solutions, regulatory compliance, BSX listing support, and accounting services to local and international clients. We are a collaborating firm of Andersen Global in Bermuda, giving our clients access to international connectivity while retaining the personal, responsive service of a boutique Bermuda firm

James Watlington
Founder and Chairman
James Watlington is a senior member of the Bermuda Bar, having been called to the Bar in both England and Wales and Bermuda. He also serves as a Notary Public and is a charter member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Prior to founding Alexanders Bermuda, James was Legal Advisor and Head of the Corporate and Legal Services Department at a Big Four firm in Bermuda.
James has spent much of his career in the financial services sector in Bermuda and Hong Kong, including founding and heading the former Hong Kong office of a leading Bermuda financial institution.
At Alexanders Bermuda, James brings extensive experience in corporate and trust law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and shipping matters. He also serves as a board member for several entities, including listed companies.
Andersen Global
Alexanders, Barristers & Attorneys is a collaborating firm of Andersen Global in Bermuda.
Our collaboration with Andersen Global enhances our resources and allows us to support clients with integrated solutions across jurisdictions.
Andersen Global was established in 2013 as the international entity surrounding the development of a seamless professional services model, providing tax, legal, valuation, financial advisory, and related consulting services to individuals, families, businesses, and alternative investment funds around the world.
