James Watlington is a senior member of the Bermuda Bar, having been called to the Bar in both England and Wales and Bermuda. He also serves as a Notary Public and is a charter member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.

\nPrior to founding Alexanders Bermuda, James was Legal Advisor and Head of the Corporate and Legal Services Department at a Big Four firm in Bermuda.

\nJames has spent much of his career in the financial services sector in Bermuda and Hong Kong, including founding and heading the former Hong Kong office of a leading Bermuda financial institution.

\nAt Alexanders Bermuda, James brings extensive experience in corporate and trust law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and shipping matters.
